THE Malaysian Islamic Party (PAS) extends its warmest congratulations to Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan on the successful organisation of the Grand Convention. This important gathering reflects the strength, commitment, and vision of Jamaat-e-Islami in advancing Islamic values, empowering society, and promoting justice and welfare for the ummah.
PAS also conveys its heartfelt congratulations to Sheikh Hafiz Naeem Ur Rehman, Emir of Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan, for his capable and inspiring leadership, and to Asif Luqman Qazi, Director of Foreign Affairs, for his dedicated efforts in strengthening international relations and global Islamic cooperation.
Representing PAS at this Grand Convention was an official delegation led by YB Dr Muhammad Khalil Abdul Hadi, Head of PAS Foreign Affairs. He was accompanied by YB Dato’ Mumtaz Md Nawi, Head of Foreign Affairs for Muslimat PAS, and Muhd Khidhir Izaidin, Secretary of PAS Foreign Affairs and Secretary of the PAS Youth Wing. Their presence reflects the deep brotherhood and long-standing ties between PAS and Jamaat-e-Islami.
We pray that this Grand Convention will continue to inspire the youth, civil society organisations, scholars, and all segments of the community in Pakistan, while strengthening the spirit of unity and resilience across the nation.
