PARTI Islam Se-Malaysia (PAS) has organized a nationwide rally on Friday, 28th March 2025, as a show of solidarity in the struggle to free Masjid Al-Aqsa and for the liberation of Palestine. The rally was held either before or immediately after the Friday prayers and was attended by Malaysians who are deeply concerned about the ongoing oppression of the Palestinian people by the Zionist regime.
PAS President, Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Tuan Guru Abdul Hadi Awang, in his statement, emphasized that the world is currently witnessing extreme tensions, where Muslims are being tested on whether to remain steadfast in Islam or succumb to the pressures of normalizing relations with the Zionists. He also condemned the actions of the United States, which has openly supported the Zionists by supplying them with destructive weaponry, as well as the hypocrisy of Western countries that label Palestine and its supporters as terrorists.
“The Zionists and their allies have launched attacks, including against civilian targets, resulting in the killing of entire communities, not just military targets. They have also carried out extreme acts of aggression without any regard for humanity and the environment, all in the name of peace,” he asserted.
Therefore, PAS calls upon all Muslims to remain steadfast in their support for the Palestinian people and to continue defending Masjid Al-Aqsa from Zionist control. This rally is not merely a symbol of solidarity but also a strong message to the world that Malaysians will not remain silent in the face of injustice.
