Muhammad Fuad, who represented Malaysia in the 2017 SEA Games, said this year’s championship was quite challenging due to the unpredictable weather.
“The weather was unpredictable… intermittent rain made it uncomfortable for the horses and riders. But, Alhamdulillah, thanks to my experience and three-month training I managed to overcome it and emerge champion,” he said after the prize-presentation ceremony today.
The Sultan of Terengganu Sultan Mizan Zainal Abidin graced the event to present the prizes to the winners. It was also attended by the Sultanah of Terengganu Sultanah Nur Zahirah while Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Samsuri Mokhtar was also present.
