KUALA LUMPUR – Muslim Care Malaysia (MCM) has today denounced with the strongest possible terms the flagrant crimes committed by the Zionist occupation against Muslims’ third holiest place in the world, Al-Aqsa Mosque.
“MCM denounces the shameful stances by the international community including the Arab and Muslim countries who have turned a blind eye and a deaf ear to the suffering of our Palestinian brothers and sisters in the holy city of Jerusalem resulted from the savage and barbarian measures taken by the Zionist occupation which is acting with impunity,” said MCM president, Zulkifli Wahijan in a press statement.
MCM demands the immediate stoppage of all the Zionist vandalism, desecration and defilement of the holy sites in Baitulmaqdis as well as the horrible attacks against the worshippers, he said.
“Free people around the world should assume their responsibilities towards lifting the injustice being practiced against the Palestinians and impose their will to curb the Zionist entity and bring its leaders to justice.
“MCM highly values the positions and statements made by the Malaysian Government and the Special Envoy of the Prime Minister to the Middle East YB Tuan Guru Dato Seri Hj Abdul Hadi Awang in which they declared a clear statement that reassures Malaysia’s firm stance of standing by Palestine and Al-Aqsa,” he pointed out.
Muslims all over the world should stay united in the face of the Zionist mad rabid campaign against Sheikh Jarrah neighbourhood that aims at evacuating the houses from their indigenous owners and hand them over to Zionist occupiers, said Zulkifli.
He said the Zionist court should heed calls to stop the forced displacement of the Palestinian families and the Zionist entity must stop all practices and measures that violate the sanctity of the holy Al-Aqsa Mosque and allow all Palestinians to practice their religious rituals freely.
“MCM believes that this is the very appropriate time to show the Malaysian unshakable position in support of Palestine, thus we call upon all businessmen and benevolent Malaysians to stand with the steadfast brothers and sisters in Palestine through supporting our sustainable Wakaf Projects and to embrace this concept so that we can work for the welfare of Al-Aqsa Mosque.
“MCM invites our Malaysian brothers and sisters to pay their Zakat and Sadaqa to support the brave brothers who safeguard Al-Aqsa on behalf of us,” he added.
