KUALA LUMPUR – Celcom customers in certain parts of the country may find their voice and data services affected due to a technical issue.
Celcom, in a Facebook and Twitter post today, said its technical team is working hard to resolve this issue and restore services as soon as possible.
“We truly apologise for the unpleasant experience. We are in the midst of rectifying this network issue as soon as possible.
“Rest assured, we will keep improving our network services from time to time for our customer’s convenience,” it said.
